The show started off with its first scene with an engaged woman shopping alone for her wedding ring while communicating with her fiance, Chan Chun (Nicholas Tse) through hp to decide for the perfect ring. The movie was then quickly smack off with a massive armoured truck explosion on a road, by a gang of robbers made up of 7 orphans cum siblings to steal the $100 million transported, near the jewellery shop, killing the woman right on the spot.
Six months later, HK cop Chan Chun, who vowed to avenge for the death of his fiance, through fate, teamed up with two other cops Fong Yik Wei (Shawn Yu) and Wai King Ho (Jaycee Chan) to tackle this bunch of notorious robbers who were back in HK to settle some personal scores with a corrupted high ranking police officer for betraying them to the police and also to get back their fair share of stolen money.
The movie was just simply packed with action for practically every scene. Yea, though i do enjoy watching action flick movie, but too much of action can be a bit... hmm boring...as it is predicable. In fact, this film reminds me of another non-stop action flick, DOA (Death or Alive). Overall, this is just a watchable show, even if you miss it, don't worry, its should not cause much a twinge of pain as it is a show you can do with or without it, unless you are a super fan of Nicholas Tse or Shawn Yu! Haha!
The ending...
Jaycee Chan died in the end!!! He was sort of kicked to death by the gang leader as he grabbed tightly on the bad guy's leg, refusing to let go of it while summoning his remaining energy through his voice to his mates, pleading them to arrest him while secretly handcuffed his own wrist with the latter's ankle to aid the fight! The corrupted bastard cop was also shot in the end by both Chan and Fong.
